Stephanie Crook, MHA is a Regional Director at Hartford Healthcare. In her role, she supports 22 Primary Care practices within the East and Hartford regions, as well as the Behavioral Health service line, within Hartford Healthcare Medical Group. Stephanie obtained both her BS and MS in Healthcare Administration at Southern New Hampshire University. Stephanie began her career in healthcare in 2005, as a registrar at Backus Hospital in Norwich. Over the last 20 years, she has supported and facilitated the growth and development of several teams, as well as multiple individual leaders. Through teaching and coaching, team engagement, and mutual investment, Stephanie has created a culture of empowered leaders who empower leaders.
