Paul Millerd ’07 graduated from UConn with a BS in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing. Paul has been an active alum since he graduated from UConn in 2007. He was an active member of the Boston Chapter, serving as President from 2008-2010 and as an advisory Board member before moving to New York City in 2015. Professionally, Paul has built a career in consulting, focusing on talent and organizational change strategy. He started his career with GE in the Financial Management Program and subsequently worked at McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group, leading research teams in organizational change. He is currently working for Russell Reynolds Associates, leading research for the CEO & Board Succession practice. Personally, he is an obsessive reader and passionate about mentoring and coaching others. Paul is also a graduate from the Leaders for Global Operations program at MIT, earning an MBA from the Sloan School of Management and a Masters in Engineering Systems from the School of Engineering.
