Alicia Garcia ’13 works in Marketing at Diageo in NYC specifically on Don Julio Tequila. As an undergrad, Alicia majored in International Business Management with a minor in International Studies. She was also President of the International Business Society and Community Outreach Director for Alpha Phi.

While currently expanding her career in marketing, Alicia spent the first 3 years of her career in Human Resources working across global recruitment analysis, on campus recruitment strategy, and global learning and development.

In her current role as Associate Brand Manager for Don Julio Tequila, she covers a range of brand marketing responsibilities including business insight generation, budget management, trade programming strategy, experiential marketing, charity partnership management and events, custom gifting program, value-added packaging, and internal employee engagement for the brand. She also is a founding member and on the board for Diageo’s Millennial focused Employee Resource Group.

Alicia enjoys yoga, boxing, dancing, and most importantly, a perfectly made cocktail.
