Nick Walcott ‘ 14 is an Experience Manager for the New England Financial Services (FSO) Audit Practice for Ernst & Young (EY) in Boston. In this role, Nick acts as a trusted business advisor to FSO Audit Management, strategically align auditors to clients, optimizing team composition and performance with a focus on client experience and engagement success. Nick is also a proud alumnus of the Accounting program and the Business Connections Learning Community. Following graduation, Nick began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP, with a focus on Life Science related companies. After gaining a wealth of experience through his over three years of audit, Nick made a career switch to a people-focused and operations-based role. Nick is excited to be a mentor for the UConn School of Business program and has been involved as a mentor since 2015.

As one myself I understand that navigating college and entering the workforce can be challenging. I enjoy mentoring because you build relationships and provide support that the student may not receive otherwise.”
