Women at the Forefront of Change: Panelists

Nancy Lennert ’15 MBA started her career as an animator and was nominated for two Emmy Awards for her work on Nickelodeon’s Blue’s Clues.  After leaving New York City, she found her professional home at Lego, working as an Assistant Manager in the Direct to Consumer Creative Visual Team, then moving to Project Manager in the Shopper Marketing Agency.  Nancy was recently promoted to Senior Project Manager for Lego Retail.

Emma Palmacci, Director, Strategy, UTAS Space Systems.  Emma has a consulting background with more than ten years’ experience in business strategy, technology monetization, and competitive analysis. She spent the last three years in the Innovation Business Development group at the UTC Research Center, responsible for driving technology and market strategic plans.  Prior to UTC, Emma worked at Nerac, an advisory firm for tech-focused companies, and guided her clients on intellectual property matters and assisted in developing go-to-market strategies. Emma has a PhD in Chemistry from MIT.

Robin Fowler ’97 is the Assistant Vice President at Wentworth, DeAngelis & Kaufman Insurance in Farmington, CT. Before her 15 years at WDK, she owned her own advertising agency that specialized in media buying, event planning, and campaign design. She has served as a volunteer for many non-profit organizations.
