Thomas C. Klamka ’81
Thomas C. Klamka ’81 has joined Guggenheim Securities as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Credit Strategy. He will be focusing on portfolio advisory capabilities in high-yield, leveraged loans, and distressed credit markets. Mr. Klamka was the Co-Head of Research at Lutetium Capital, and prior to that was a Managing Director of Corporate Credit Research at Credit Suisse, managing the high yield and investment grade research groups.

George A. Barrios ’87, ’89 MBA has been named 2016 Fairfield County CFO of the Year per Westfair Communications. Mr. Barrios is currently the chief financial officer at WWE and has been since 2008. Prior to his position at WWE, he was vice president and treasurer of New York Times Company and was also the chief financial officer for the New England Media Group.

Dr. Ajay S. Vinzé ’82 MBA has been appointed as the new dean of the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business at the University of Missouri. Dr. Vinzé previously served as the Earl and Gladys Davis Distinguished Professor in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University . He has also served as associate dean of international programs in the W.P. Carey School of Business as well as the associate vice provost for graduate education. Dr. Vinzé graduated with a master’s of business administration from UConn, and went on to earn his doctorate in business administration from the University of Arizona.
