One of the most important roles alumni can play in helping prepare the next generation of globally-focused, socially-conscious business leaders is simply to engage with them.
ALUMNI-IN-RESIDENCE
Spend a day on campus as part of our Alumni-in-Residence program, working one-on-one with students in your field of business or area of expertise. This experience allows you to share insights, provide guidance, and inspire the next generation of professionals.
ALUMNI LUNCH & LEARN
Host a Lunch & Learn or Coffee Hour for students—either on campus or at your workplace—for a relaxed and interactive exchange. These informal settings often foster more candid, meaningful conversations between alumni and students.
ALUMNI GUEST SPEAKER
Reconnect with campus by serving as a guest speaker, either in person or virtually. Opportunities include presenting to student clubs and organizations, guest lecturing in classes, or joining a panel discussion as a participant or moderator.
RESEARCH PROJECT PARTNER
Collaborate with faculty and students on applied research projects that address pressing business problems. These partnerships energize faculty, challenge students, and generate innovative, actionable solutions for companies.
STUDENT MENTOR
Support students through one of our mentorship programs by sharing your professional experiences, offering advice, and answering questions about career pathways, industries, and workplace realities. Additional opportunities include conducting resume reviews and hosting informational interviews. CASE COMPETITION JUDGE OR MENTOR
Engage with students by judging or mentoring in case competitions, where teams tackle real-world business challenges. These events allow organizations to collaborate with students while giving students the chance to demonstrate their talent, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
COMPANY SITE VISIT HOST OR JOB SHADOW HOST
Welcome students to your workplace to provide them with first-hand exposure to your role, team, and organizational culture. Site visits give students a tangible understanding of how individual contributions align with and impact broader organizational goals.
