Frances Trelease is a business owner, workshop leader, and college adjunct lecturer. Her background includes corporate communications roles for several large corporations, in the areas of marketing, public relations, internal communications and focus group work.

In 2014 she launched a small business, Boomer Den, LLC, that places qualified adults ages 40+ into internships or permanent placements in new or encore career fields.

She holds the following qualifications:
