Dr. Semin Park ’19 Ph.D. has started a new position as assistant professor of Management and Organization at Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business. Prior to joining Smeal, Park was an assistant professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.

Troy Ingianni ’93, ’00 MSA/MBA, has been appointed principal accounting officer at Barnes Group, an aerospace and industrial manufacturer based in Bristol, CT. Prior to this appointment, Ingianni served as Barnes’ vice president, global controller.

Greg Fedele ’00 has been appointed chief executive officer at Brown & Miller Racing Solutions in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to this new role, Fedele held the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer at Saab, Inc.   

Nicholas Morizio ’74 was recognized among the “Power 25 Real Estate Players” for 2024 by the Hartford Business Journal. Lawrence P. Ward ’92 was appointed president of the University of Hartford effective July 1, 2024. Prior to joining UHart, Ward served as vice president of learner success and dean of campus life at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. 

Mitch Zalko ’07 has been named vice president and chief financial officer at IBM Japan. During his 17 years with IBM, Zalko held numerous positions including director of finance and controller. 

Mark Tavares ’15 MBA has started a new position as Partner at Aon, London, Greater London, United Kingdom. 

Britany LeBlanc ’05 has been named chief executive officer of Herbivore Botanicals. LeBlanc most recently served as the chief marketing officer for Supergoop!.
