Phillips attended the Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Summer Fellowship Program and was selected as one of six startups to compete in the Wolff New Venture Competition, hosted by the UConn School of Business.

Prior to joining Greystone, a private commercial real estate finance and investment company, Voyentzie led the tax credit platform at Boston Financial as chief executive officer and served as a member of the Management Committee for ORIX Corporation USA, Boston Financial’s parent company.
