Doug is a Senior Consultant in the Willis Towers Watson Health & Benefit practice in Stamford, CT.  He has spent the last 26 years in the employee benefits industry working with large employers on their strategies related to health care, welfare and international benefits programs both with insurance carriers and as a consultant.  His client involvement includes a variety of prominent employers in the financial services, televisions and media, defense contracting and bio-pharmaceutical industries.

Doug has specific expertise in leading business development organizations with extensive experience in both client specific and organizational growth strategies.  Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Doug held senior leadership roles in the large employer segments of two of the leading health insurance carriers in the US.  He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
