“The School of Business Mentorship Program is one of the main reasons I am where I am today. I received tremendous mentorship from several alumni before and after graduating, which was crucial to my workforce integration and greater organizational contribution. I am still guided by the ultimate mentor, Joe Sticca (MBA ‘95) and I look forward to returning the favor for UConn students in years to come.”
