Allegra (Allie) Forte ‘13 received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting at the University of Connecticut. Allie is a Corporate Financial Reporting Manager for Nexamp, Inc., a solar energy company, in Boston. In this role, Allie prepares the monthly reporting package to management in US GAAP and IFRS, prepares technical accounting memos on topics such as the new lease standard (IFRS 16 and ASC 842) and develops internal controls for the Company. Prior to joining Nexamp, Allie started her career at Ernst & Young (EY) in Boston where she worked on a wide range of clients across different industries including life science and manufacturing. While at UConn, Allie was one of the first mentors for the Business Connections Learning Community, eventually became a Resident Assistant for the Community and worked in the Alumni Relations Department at the School of Business. In her spare time, Allie loves to travel, read and try out new Boston restaurants.
