Sophia Ononye ’13 Ph.D., ’15 MBA has launched The Sophia Consulting Firm, an integrated marketing and communications consultancy headquartered in Brooklyn, NY. She was recently honored with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Spark Award and a Congressional Letter of Recognition for receiving the Face2Face Leadership Award. Also, she joined the boards of two growth-stage life science companies: BioSortia Pharmaceuticals and BlueCloud by HealthCarePoint.

Amy J. Dinallo Magyar ’94 has written and illustrated a children’s book, Bobby B. Button and His Magic Button. The story is based upon her own son’s rare genetic condition, which was diagnosed when he was seven days old. Ms. Magyar’s book is to foster awareness of this rare health condition, Urea Cycle Disorder.
