Judith M. Martino ‘85 has been named chief financial officer of Liberation Programs, Inc. Martino joined Liberation in April 2020 as the director of finance. Martino began her career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Company, and later became the assistant controller at Optimus Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Anthony A. Joyce ’83 has been named chief operating officer at Chelsea Groton Savings Bank. In his role, Joyce will oversee the risk and compliance, facilities, purchasing, and human resources in addition to his role as a senior loan officer.

Brian P. Reilly ’85 has been named president-elect of The Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Reilly is senior vice president and chief auditor for Travelers in Hartford, CT. Prior to Travelers, he was a Partner at Arthur Andersen.

Brenda Lewis ’81 MBA, a Principal of Transactions Marketing, Inc., received two honorable mentions at the 2020 Connecticut Entrepreneur Awards — Community Builder of the Year and Community Promoter of the Year.

Pamela Bukowski-Klapproth ’85 has been named Kendal on Hudson’s CEO and Executive Director in Sleepy Hollow, NY.  Ms. Klapproth has more than 20 years of experience as an executive senior living professional, including positions at Covenant Living of Cromwell and CEO of Fairview, Odd Fellows Home in Groton, CT.

Marcia L. Marien ’84 has been named for her distinguished service by CTCPA Women, an award program celebrating Connecticut’s exceptional CPAs.  The award was presented at the CTCPA Women’s Awards Breakfast.  Ms. Marien is the Finance Director Controller for the Town of Brookfield.

Joseph D. Bruhin ’87, ’92 MBA has been appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer of Breakthru Beverage.  Mr. Bruhin will serve on Breakthru’s Executive Leadership Team and oversee the implementation and execution of a holistic IT Strategic Plan.
