Rodney A. Butler ’99 is the Chairman and CEO of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.  Mr. Butler was named one of the Hartford Business Journal’s Power 50.  The HBJ Power 50 recognizes professionals that must not only be in a position of power, but they also need to wield it in such a way that has a positive impact on the region’s community and business in Connecticut.


Amy J. Dinallo Magyar ’94

Amy J. Dinallo Magyar ’94 has written and illustrated a children’s book, Bobby B. Button and His Magic Button.  The story is based upon her own son’s rare genetic condition, which was diagnosed when he was seven days old.  Ms. Magyar’s book is to foster awareness of this rare health condition, Urea Cycle Disorder.  The focus of the book is to show that not all children are the same, but that differences can be extraordinary and amazing.  Her book is available for purchase on amazon.com.

Kevin E. Burke ’95 MBA has been named by Southern Connecticut State University School of Business to its Business Advisory Council.  Mr. Burke is a senior vice president and market executive for Wells Fargo commercial banking in the Connecticut and New York Capital Region.
