Matthew DiGeronimo ’06 EMBA has co-authored a book titled “Extreme Operational Excellence: Applying the US Nuclear Submarine Culture to Your Organization” The book shares the details of the unique, secretive, and successful culture of the US Navy’s Nuclear Submarine community. The emphasis of the book is how an organization can apply these principles to improve the performance of an organization and the effectiveness of its leaders. The book is available in hard copy and electronic versions on Amazon and other online book retailers.

Melissa L. Moore ’00 PhD

Melissa L. Moore ’00 PhD has been promoted to head of the department of marketing, quantitative analysis and business law at Mississippi State University College of Business. Ms. Moore has served on the University’s Entrepreneurial Center’s advisory board since its inception. She also was recognized as a John Grisham Mater Teacher by MSU in 2005, and also named Outstanding Faulty Women in 2010 by MSU President’s Commission on the Status of Women.

Matt Fleury ’07 EMBA has been named the new chairman of the Board of Regents for Higher Education. Mr. Fleury is currently the president and CEO of the Connecticut Science Center.  He also serves as a board and executive committee member of the international Association of Science and Technology Centers and as a board member of the MetroHartford Alliance.


Matthew A. Feid ’02, ’05 MA

Matthew A. Feid ’02, ’05 MA has been promoted to director of patient accounts at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, Massachusetts.  Mr. Feid began as a financial analyst in the fiscal services department in 2006 and was later promoted to senior financial analyst in 2013.  He manages 45 employees spanning two departments and oversees an accounts receivable balance of $36 million.
