Medina JettMedina K. Jett ’08 EMBA has won the 2020 Women in Business Award from the Hartford Business Journal.  Ms. Jett was selected because of the significant difference she is making within her organization and the community.  She demonstrates business savvy, confidence in both herself and her organization, as well as a strong track record of professional success. Currently, Ms. Jett is the Founder & CEO of Integrated Compliance Solutions Group LLC, the world’s only black woman-owned compliance company.  Her company works to break down the intricacies of securities regulations to help companies put compliance rules and procedures in place.


Kate M. Mackay ’08 MBA

Kate MacKayKate M. Mackay ’08 MBA has been named Chief Marketing Officer at Newport, Rhode Island-based Connected Boat leader, Siren Marine.  In her role, Ms. Mackay will direct and oversee all marketing activities for Siren Marine.  Prior to joining Siren Marine, she worked at Hasbro, Inc. where she managed in Brand Management and Digital Marketing.


Peter Vaughn ’05 MBA

Peter VaughnPeter Vaughn ’05 MBA has been promoted by Third Coast Underwriters to Director, Insurance Operations.  Mr. Vaughn will be based at 3CU’s headquarters in Chicago and brings 22 years of complex claim management, product development and multiline underwriting experience.







Robert L. Clements ’05

Robert L. Clements ’05 has been named Office Director at Goldstein & Goldstein, a personal injury, accident, and nursing home law firm.  In this role, Mr. Clements will manage day-to-day operations, personnel, and technology, along with handling site visits.


Tara M. Pickett ’06

Tara Maroney PickettTara Maroney Pickett ’06 joined the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA) as a project and web content manager. NYSSBA provides advocacy, training and information to school boards in support of their mission to govern the state’s public schools. In this role, she oversees their website and will manage projects throughout the organization. Previously, she worked in academic advising and communications at Hudson Valley Community College and the University of Bridgeport.
