M. Nesij Huvaj ’12 Ph.D. has been named Associate Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship with tenure at Suffolk University, Boston. His research and teaching interests are at the intersections of innovation, entrepreneurial finance, and corporate entrepreneurship.

Stacy M. Georgette ’09, ’15 MSHRM during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Georgette was selected to manage the facility labor pool under Incident Command Operations at the largest hospital in the Kitsap/Olympic Peninsula, Harrison Medical Center. She has been working hard on the front lines to ensure the facility has functioned with the needed resources and support.

Christine M. Cross ’02 EMBA has been named senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Limelight Networks, Inc. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global marketing organization and be responsible for all aspects of Limelight’s marketing strategy and execution, including product management, demand generation, branding, strategic events and communications.

Sloane M. Googin ’00 has been appointed chief financial officer of Axiom, the global leader in high-caliber, on-demand legal talent.
Michael Fedele ‘10 MBA
Michael Fedele ’10 MBA was recently named to AdAge’s 40-Under-40 list and will be a judge for the upcoming Effie US Awards. Mr. Fedele is the vice president of marketing at BODYARMOR Sports Drink. His role includes overseeing all marketing and advertising for the brand.

William H. Steinberg ’91 has joined The Hartford as head of wholesale property for Navigators, a brand of The Hartford. Mr. Steinberg will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and underwriting for the company’s wholesale property products.
Matthew Olsen ’00 MBA
D. Matthew Olsen ’00 MBA was named chief Underwriting officer, surety, at Sompo International.
Benjamin B. Levy ’09
Benjamin B. Levy ’09 has joined Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Levy is a sports medicine and general orthopedic physician who was a team physician fellow for NCAA Division 1 sports programs at the University of Connecticut and Quinnipiac University.
Rebecca F. Stath ’07 MSA
Rebecca F. Stath ’07 MSA has been promoted to vice president of accounting & principal accounting officer by the Kaman Corporation. Ms. Stath began her career at KPMG before joining Kaman Corporation in 2011. She is a graduate of the Kaman Leadership Development Program.
