John Toscano ’91 has been appointed as a partner with Blum Shapiro, the largest regional business advisory firm based in New England. As a partner, he will be participating in the leadership of Blum’s Education Practice.

James Coogan ’02, ’04 MSA has been appointed Vice President, Investor Relations & Business Development by Kaman Corporation. Mr. Coogan joined the company in 2008. Prior to joining Kaman, he held positions at Ann Taylor, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Anderson, Jr. ’99 is currently the Senior Vice President & CIO, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and has been named to the Board of Directors of Wall Street Technology Association(WSTA©), an industry organization that provides technology and business professionals in the financial industry a forum to learn from and connect with each other.

Joseph D. Bruhin ’87, ’92 MBA has been appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer of Breakthru Beverage. Mr. Bruhin will serve on Breakthru’s Executive Leadership Team and oversee the implementation and execution of a holistic IT Strategic Plan.

Robert L. Clements ’05 has been named Office Director at Goldstein & Goldstein, a personal injury, accident, and nursing home law firm. In this role, Mr. Clements will manage day-to-day operations, personnel, and technology, along with handling site visits.
Robert L. Truitt ’11 MBA
Robert L. Truitt ’11 MBA has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for Amerifirst Home Mortgage, a division of AmeriFirst Financial Corporation. Mr. Truitt is based at the company’s headquarters in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He most recently served as CFO of Flagstar Bank’s Mortgage Division and held senior roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Morgan Stanley.
Tara M. Pickett ’06
Tara Maroney Pickett ’06 joined the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA) as a project and web content manager. NYSSBA provides advocacy, training and information to school boards in support of their mission to govern the state’s public schools. In this role, she oversees their website and will manage projects throughout the organization. Previously, she worked in academic advising and communications at Hudson Valley Community College and the University of Bridgeport.
