Russell Dancho ’86 MBA has been appointed Managing Director of Strategic Sourcing by LogicSource, a leading sourcing and procurement services firm in Norwalk, Connecticut. Before joining LogicSource, Mr. Dancho spent over 30 years in senior-level packaging and product development roles with major consumer brands such as Revlon, CONAIR and The LEGO Group. He began his career in Engineering and Supply Chain Management, working with companies such as The Nestle Company and PepsiCo.

Judith Ward ’18 MBA has been named Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Baystate Health. Ms. Ward will oversee marketing, digital/web, communications, public affairs, social media, creative services, loyalty programs, and special events at the Springfield-based health system. She comes to Baystate Health from Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, California, where she led the organization’s strategic marketing efforts, developed award-winning advertising campaigns, and executed engaging Facebook Live strategies.
Minal Patel Davis ’01 JD, ’01 MBA
Minal Patel Davis ’01 JD, ’01 MBA has been honored with a Presidential award by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for her exceptional work against human trafficking in Houston, Texas. At the request of US State Department, she has spoken at the United Nations World Humanitarian Summit and recently visited India and Canada to discuss the role of municipalities in combating human trafficking.

Michael J. Anthony ’85
Michael J. Anthony ’85 was named to head Santander Bank’s newly formed Direct Private Investment Practice. Mr. Anthony, who brings over 20 years of experience in alternative investments and family office consulting to Santander Bank, is based in Boston. Prior to joining Santander, he served as the director and global head of the family office practice group at Citizens Bank. He also is a founding member and managing director at Boston Family Office Consultants, a firm started by industry professionals that connects single family offices with alternative investment opportunities.

Bruce Lubin ’75, ’77 MBA has been named Chairman of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, which represents 1,000 member organizations that employ 400,000 people and create more than $24 billion in annual revenue in the Chicago region. Mr. Lubin is the Executive Managing Director and President of Illinois Commercial and Specialty Banking at CBIC Bank USA.

Michelle M. White ’05 MBA has been named Vice President of Client Management at Colonial Life. In her new role, White oversees more than 90,000 existing employer client relationships. Prior to joining Colonial Life, Ms. White served as an associate in the Professional Development Program with Unum Group, Colonial Life’s parent company, and as an operations analyst at Unum US.
