Gregory P. Voyentzie ’92, ’95 MBA has been appointed head of Greystone’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) syndication platform which supports the development and construction of new affordable housing across the nation. Prior to joining Greystone, a private commercial real estate finance and investment company, Voyentzie led the tax credit platform at Boston Financial as chief executive officer and served as a member of the Management Committee for ORIX Corporation USA, Boston Financial’s parent company.
