James J. Coffey ‘69 MBA

James J. Coffey ‘69 MBA, attorney and professor emeritus of accounting, has been appointed to the SUNY Plattsburgh College Council. Coffey currently serves as attorney to the towns of Plattsburgh and Ellenburg and previously served as county attorney during his nearly 50-year career.


Eric Mullai ’93 MBA

eric mullaiEric Mullai ‘93 MBA has been promoted to captain of Troop G State Police in Bridgeport, CT.  Mullai has more than 32 years of service in the Connecticut Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve, retiring in 2018 as Commander of the largest Military Police Brigade in the U.S. Army Reserve with the rank of Colonel. Mullai was also deployed to Iraq as a Battalion Commander. 


Adam Bokon ‘03

With more than 15 years of experience working in the commercial banking sector, primarily in commercial real estate financing, Bokon’s prior positions include vice president of commercial real estate at Brookline Bank and an assistant vice president of commercial real estate at People’s United Bank.






David M. Laros ’89

Before joining Beghou Consulting, Laros was vice president of marketing sciences at WebMD, where he led global analytics-based client services and teams throughout the US, France, and India. He also spent 15 years at Boehringer Ingelheim, as well as ten years at Tyco Healthcare.


Kathleen Totten ’18

Kathleen Totten ’18 was named senior vice president and regional strategic growth and sales manager at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance for offices in Greater Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Totten is responsible for business growth through strategic relationship-building in the industry and throughout WRRE’s eight-state footprint, which includes agent recruitment, coaching, and mentoring to build their individual businesses and develop marketing initiatives.


Tom Rizzi ’92

tom rizziTom Rizzi ’92 assumed the role of president and CEO for OTR International in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. Rizzi joined OTR after serving for five years for JSJ Corporation as EVP and COO. He also served as CEO for GHSP, JSJ’s largest portfolio company.
