| Neema Vaheb ’07 is a Partner in the PwC ESG Deals practice with over 15 years of experience providing sustainability, ESG, accounting and financial reporting advice. Neema is the US Private Equity sector ESG Leader. He helps lead the PwC ESG deals team that supports clients that are pursuing capital markets transactions and portfolio companies focused on integrating sustainability for value creation. He has advised numerous private equity firms and fortune 500 public companies (domestic and global) across many sectors providing strategic advice on ESG buy/sell-side due diligence, ESG risks and opportunities, sustainability practices, fund level strategy, portfolio company transformation, and advice on IPO readiness. Neema is a CPA in New York and graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut with a M.S. and B.S. in Accounting. Neema is a diehard fan of the Buffalo Bills and UConn Huskies. He also enjoys good food, travel, and spending time with family/friends. |
