Ryan Latella '14
Technology Project Manager
Ryan Latella ’14 received his Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut. During his time at UConn, Ryan was an active member of the Business Connections Learning Community and an executive board member of the Ski & Snowboard club.
He currently works at Optum in Boston, MA as a Technology Project Manager building out the data analytics capabilities for the Employer & Individual business segment. Before moving to Boston, Ryan worked for Optum out of their Hartford office where he completed three rotations in the Technology Development Program throughout his first 2 years. Following graduation from this program, he became a Scrum Master on a software development team focused on the Tricare contract, a government contract focused on delivering healthcare for U.S. Military and Veterans.
Ryan enjoys spending his free time partaking in any number of outdoor activities, exploring new places, or taking spontaneous weekend road trips.
