Nicholas Morizio ’74 has been named one of New Haven Business Journal’s Power 25 – Class of 2023. Morizio is president of the Hartford & New Haven offices of Colliers International, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company. He was also inducted into the UConn School of Business Alumni Hall of Fame in 2021 for his influence on the commercial real estate sector.
