Jack GordonJack Gordon ’17 MBA has been appointed chief financial officer of Harri, a recruitment and workforce management platform for the hospitality industry. Gordon joined Harri in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Finance.


Nicole Ferguson ’93

Nicole FergusonNicole Ferguson ’93 has been hired by Coastal Bridge Advisors as Support Advisor. Ferguson brings more than seven years of client service relationship to the company and will be responsible for bridging the gap between client’s needs and goals.


Tom Orkisz ’09

Tom OrkiszTom Orkisz ’09, chairman and CEO of Inline Plastics, has been named among New Haven Business Journal’s Power 25 – Class of 2023. Inline Plastics specializes in creating clear, recyclable plastic food containers and Orkisz is being recognized for his recent efforts involving the innovation and expansion of the company. He has worked at Inline for more than 32 years.


Nicholas Morizio ’74

Nick MorizioNicholas Morizio ’74 has been named one of New Haven Business Journal’s Power 25 – Class of 2023. Morizio is president of the Hartford & New Haven offices of Colliers International, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company. He was also inducted into the UConn School of Business Alumni Hall of Fame in 2021 for his influence on the commercial real estate sector.


Carol Tusch ’91 MBA

Carol TuschCarol Tusch ’91 MBA has been appointed vice president of investments for International Paper, overseeing the company’s pension plan, savings, and other plan assets. Tusch has been with International Paper since 1999 and has served as director of trust investments before being appointed to her most recent role of deputy CIO.



Willard I. Hill, Jr. ’95 MBA

Willard Hill Jr.Willard I. Hill, Jr. ’95 MBA was named one of the “Directors to Watch” by Directors & Boards magazine. As director of PCSB Financial Corporation, Hill serves on its audit, executive, and nominating corporate committees and as chair of PCSB Bank’s risk committee.



David Anderson ’95

David AndersonDavid Anderson ’95 has been named Partner of Ridge Ventures. With nearly two decades of experience in capital management, Anderson will help the company communicate with their current and prospective Limited Partners (LPs).


Mark Voytek MBA ’95

Mark VoytekMark Voytek MBA ’95 has been appointed to the Board of Directors of TRIPA, a human assessment platform developed to transform how human resources are valued. Voytek is founder and managing partner of Voytechnology Partners.
