Osella ’90 MBA has joined Pittsfield -Berkshire Bank-CBT Region as a senior vice president-relationship manager.  Mr. Osella has over 30 years of commercial banking experience in the Connecticut market including real estate lending, credit analysis, construction lending, complex credits and customer service. In addition, he currently serves on the board of the Community Renewal Team and is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association.

Timothy Vellrath ’69, 96 MBA has recently accepted the 2014 Excellence in Construction Innovation award presented by the Association of Walls and Ceilings Industries.  Mr. Vellrath accepted the award for Vellrath Engineering for their development of the Universal Fireproofing Patch.  The award recognizes products, services, materials, technologies or systems that improve the means and methods utilized in the wall and ceiling industry.
