Anthony L. Mattacchione ’98 MBA has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Bruker Corporation. Mr. Mattacchione previously served as Bruker’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of EMD Millipore Corporation as well as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He has also held various financial leadership roles during his 16 years at Gerber Scientific. Mr. Mattacchione has more than thirty years of financial, accounting, operational and management experience.
Marcienne M. Tiebout-Touron ’84 MBA has been named chief financial officer for Gates Construction. Ms. Tiebout is responsible for all Gates financial management as well as overseeing its accounting department. She is a certified commercial investment member and has 29 years of accounting and finance experience.
Richard B. Gannon ’83 has joined HomeServe USA as their new chief financial officer. Mr. Gannon brings an extensive record of professional accomplishments to HomeServe USA having successfully led operations and finance divisions for major corporations over the course of his career.
Charles N. York ’99 has been promoted to chief financial officer of Aeglea BioTherapeutics, Inc. Mr. York has 16 years of financial expertise that includes acquisitions and divestitures, private equity transactions, and an initial public offering.
John P. Prinner ’84has been named as chief financial officer at CRN International. Mr. Prinner will be able to tap into his experience of working with companies where innovation, customer service and alignment of financial/operational strategies drive growth and profitability. Mr. Prinner will be part of CRN’s executive management team.
Donald P. Weinstein, ’87 has been appointed by Audioeye, Inc. as their new chief financial officer. Mr. Weinstein most recently worked for Tatum, an executive staffing firm. Mr. Weinstein has extensive experience with various companies as previously he was self-employed as a contract chief financial officer.
Zachary R. Luce ’03, ’03 MSAhas been promoted to chief financial officer at Ironwood Capital. Mr. Luce will be responsible for financial management and controls, external financial and regulatory reporting along with limited partner reporting while supporting overall portfolio management. Prior to joining Ironwood Capital in 2010, Mr. Luce worked as an auditor in public accounting at McGladrey and CCR LLP.
Michael J. Arman ’99 MBA has joined Procida Funding as chief financial officer. Mr. Arman will oversee all accounting responsibilities such as tax compliance, treasury, reporting and loan servicing along with serving as a conduit between leaders, participants and con-investment partners. Mr. Arman brings to Procida Funding over twenty years of experience.
Michael A. Bell ’01 MBA has been named chief financial officer of Voya Investment Management. Mr. Bell will lead the finance team which and has more than 20 years of experience across public accounting and financial services.
Brian A. Lutes ’96 MBA has been appointed to executive vice president and chief financial officer at Michael Baker International, a leading global provider of engineering and consulting services. Mr. Lutes most recently served as vice president and chief financial officer of Sypris Solutions.
