Christopher J. Fusco ’86 has been named vice president of compensation at Salary.com. He will lead operations around compensation data and run the professional services team. Mr. Fusco was previously responsible for compensation and HR services delivery at Draper Laboratory and served as manager of global compensation and HRIS at WR Grace. Mr. Fusco has also worked as a compensation and benefits analyst at global advisory firms.
Robert G. Boschen ’83, ’85 MBA has been named chief executive officer at Tri-Country Community Action Program. Mr. Boschen has held positions as a fiscal officer, as well as chief operating and chief financial officer. He has over 28 years of finance and business experience which include all aspects of financial management, in diverse setting such as municipal and state government, insurance, hospitals and manufacturing.
Lisa G. Bisaccia ’85 MBA has received the Career Achiever award in Providence Business News’ inaugural C-Suite Awards program. Ms. Bisaccia is the current executive vice president and chief human resources officer for CVS Health Corporation. She is a 15-year veteran at the Woonsocket-based pharmacy and health retail giant, and is responsible for more than 245,000 global employees. In addition, Ms. Bisaccia oversees the company’s corporate social responsibility and philanthropic department.
David C. Strang ’83 has been appointed to Director of Sales in the Northeast at Teneo Hospitality Group. Prior to this position, Mr. Strang spent the last eight years with Jumeriah Hotels & Resorts as a Global Sales Executive, and previous to that, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. He has more than 20 years of hotel sales experience and strong client relationships in New York City, New Jersey, Boston and Connecticut.
Eugene F. Martin III ’87, ’89 MBA has been appointed to chief executive officer at Gordon Brothers Finance Company (GBFC). GBFC is a specialty-lending business that principally invests in asset-based loans to middle market companies. Mr. Martin is a global capital markets and credit investment professional with over 25 years of experience in leveraged credit spanning from regional, middle-market companies to global enterprises.
James E. Cotter ’82 has joined Salisbury Bank and Trust Company as the executive vice president and chief operating officer. Mr. Cotter was most recently the executive vice president and chief operating officer at Naugatuck Valley Savings and Loan. He has also held positions at Newtown Savings Bank and Fairfield County Bank. In such prior positions, Mr. Cotter was responsible for oversight of retail banking, deposit operations, investment sales, marketing, security, facilities and IT.
Marcienne M. Tiebout-Touron ’84 MBA has been named chief financial officer for Gates Construction. Ms. Tiebout is responsible for all Gates financial management as well as overseeing its accounting department. She is a certified commercial investment member and has 29 years of accounting and finance experience.
James J. Dolan ’82 MBA has joined Relmada Therapeutics, Inc. as an advisory partner. Mr. Dolan is an experienced biopharmaceutical executive with more than 36 years of pharma/biotech industry experience, including areas of global finance, strategic planning, pharmaceutical marking and business development.
Joseph A. Kask ’86 has been appointed managing partner at BlumShapiro in their West Hartford regional accounting advisory firm. Mr. Kask has been with BlumShapiro since 2007. He has served on several strategic committees as well as the executive committee.
Diane L. Scaccetti ’81 has received the 2015 CEO of the Year Award by the Orlando Business Journal. Diane is the executive director and CEO at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, the Florida Department of Transportation.
