Robert G. Boschen, Jr. ’83, ’85 MBA has been named chief operating officer at Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc. Mr. Boschen, Jr. assumes his new role immediately at the agency; currently playing an integral role in the sale of unneeded and unused buildings owned by TCCAP, facility management of TCCAP properties and maintaining community relations. The added responsibilities of his new position illustrate the success he has achieved strengthening Tri-County CAP’s financial stance into the future.

Trudel ’83 has been appointed to president and CEO of Encision Inc., a medical device company owning patented surgical technology that prevents stray electrosurgical burns in minimally invasive surgery. Mr. Trudel brings a legacy of success in the surgical devices market. Most recently he was most recently the global director of marketing within a division within the Surgical Solutions Group at Covidien.

David A. Samuels ’83 has been named the CFO of the Year 2013 by the Washington Business Journal. Mr. Samuels is the chief financial officer and chief administrative officer at Bioscan, Inc. which manufactures and distributes diagnostic imaging systems to the global preclinical imaging marketplace.
