Mr. Dix was most recently the solutions business development director, Americas of Thompson Reuters and the vice president and product manager of Tradeweb.

Brian A. Lutes ’96 MBA has been appointed to executive vice president and chief financial officer at Michael Baker International, a leading global provider of engineering and consulting services. Mr. Lutes most recently served as vice president and chief financial officer of Sypris Solutions.

Ernest M. McNeill Jr. ‘ 86, ’01 MBA has been appointed to senior vice president and chief accounting officer at The Phoenix Cos. Inc. Mr. McNeill has extensive accounting and finance experience across the financial services industry. Mr. McNeill most recently served as corporate accounting senior executive at Fidelity Investments.

Todd W. Sibley ’04 has been appointed to assistant vice president of commercial lending at Leominister Credit Union. Mr. Sibley has worked in the financial services industry for more than 10 years.

Timothy Vellrath ’69, 96 MBA
Timothy Vellrath ’69, 96 MBA has recently accepted the 2014 Excellence in Construction Innovation award presented by the Association of Walls and Ceilings Industries. Mr. Vellrath accepted the award for Vellrath Engineering for their development of the Universal Fireproofing Patch. The award recognizes products, services, materials, technologies or systems that improve the means and methods utilized in the wall and ceiling industry.

Lei Wang ’14 Ph.D. has successfully defended her dissertation titled, “Essays on the Interface of Location-Based Services, Consumers’ Shopping Behavior and Firms’ Marketing Strategy.” Dr. Wang has accepted an offer at Penn State.
Scott D. Beggs ’94 MBA
Scott D. Beggs ’94 MBA has joined Basin Street Properties as chief financial officer. Basin Street Properties, a real estate investing firm, has acquired 19 locations involving nearly a million square feet over the past two years.
