Wes Poole ’10 EMBA has been appointed as the northeast TAM services practice manager for VMware, Inc. Prior to joining VMware, Mr. Poole served as the New England Support Practice Manager for Microsoft Corporation for the past 14 years.

Thomas J. Mango ’79
Thomas J. Mango ’79 has joined the Commercial Banking team of Simsbury Bank as a commercial relationship manager. Mr. Mango has over 20 years of experience in commercial banking, both in large and community banks, primarily in Hartford and Litchfield Counties. Prior to joining Simsbury Bank he was commercial lender and portfolio manager at New England Bank.
Stewart R. Joslin, Jr. ’89
Stewart R. Joslin, Jr. ’89 has been named chief financial officer at Wheeler Clinic. Mr. Joslin is an experienced financial professional with extensive healthcare experience and has served as the chief financial officer of two federally qualified health centers and the Visiting Nurse Association of South Central Connecticut. Mr. Joslin also has 12 years of military experience.
Jordan Cohen Coe ’06 MBA
Jordan Cohen Coe ’06 MBA has been named as Connecticut Magazines “Top 40 Under 40 Class of 2013”. Ms. Coe grew up working at the family ShopRite grocery store in Manchester, and since graduating from UConn her role in the enterprise has expanded; she now oversees many business aspects and 400 employees, as well as “The Exceptional Experience” program, aimed at improving conditions for shoppers and employees.
Thomas O. Barnes ’78 MBA
Thomas O. Barnes ’78 MBA has been appointed to Our Piece of the Pie, Inc’s Champions Council. Our Piece of the Pie serves urban youth through mentoring, education and employment programs. Mr. Barnes is a leader in the organizational and philanthropic direction of several community organizations such as the Bristol Chamber of Commerce, the Connecticut Center for Science and Exploration, the Bushnell and the Children’s Fund.
